Everyone should feel comfortable at transeuropa 2024.
That's why we try to make the festival accessible. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. On our website, you can see what barriers and accessibility there are for the plays and venues.
The Access Friends and an Awarenessteam help us during the festival. You can always contact these people.
The Access Friends accompany you on the way to performances. They help you find your way around the venues. They know the sensory stimuli of the events well. They will show you the nearest quiet room. And they will also help you with all other support options.
There is an Awarenessteam. The team is always available at events. They look after you if you feel unsafe, uncomfortable or unwell for any reason. They look after the quiet rooms.

You can find tickets for all programme items during transeuropa 2024 online in the ticket shop.
The online pre-sale ends 24 hours before the respective event begins. Additional tickets are available at the ticket office. This opens 45 minutes before the start of the event at the venue.

We have introduced a solidarity pricing system where you can decide how much you want to pay for a ticket. On our ticket website, you will find suggested prices, for example 6 € for a performance. You are free to enter a higher or lower price – even 0 € is possible. With this system, we aim to reduce financial barriers and allow everyone to participate.
Of course, we would love to offer everyone a free ticket. However, to cover our costs, we rely on ticket sales and donations. If you are willing to pay a little more for a ticket, you help others who might not be able to afford it and contribute to keeping our festival accessible for everyone.
Tickets can be purchased online in our webshop via bank transfer. Here is the link: https://pretix.eu/transeuropa-festival/tickets/.
There is also a ticket sale on Mondays and Thursdays between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm at our platzhalter in Almsstraße 16, 31134 Hildesheim. You can pay there in cash or with PayPal. The presale at Almsstraße is available until September 5, 2024.
