1. We are the Citizens' Jury<\/em>. We select the plays for the transeuropa festival<\/em> programme.
<\/span><\/h3>2. We reflect a part of society. Our different experiences and realities of life make us what we are, make us strong!
<\/span><\/h3>3. The starting point for our work is our own experience of reception. We know that some perspectives are not represented in the jury. We are open to criticism and new experiences.
<\/span><\/h3>4. We want to create a space that is as non-discriminatory as possible. The sovereignty of interpretation lies with those affected.
<\/span><\/h3>5. We take responsibility for the festival and for each other. We have fun together and we learn from each other. We are a community, heterogeneous and diverse, interested in culture and open to the world, human, with strengths and weaknesses, not arrogant, tolerant and motivated.
<\/span><\/h3>6. We have the responsibility to consider the possibilities, the framework conditions and the structure of the festival when selecting the pieces. For us, Making Space means bringing marginalised perspectives into focus through people and themes in the festival.

<\/span><\/h3>8. In the selection process, we pay attention to temporal structures, collaborative communication and various voting options. We listen to each other, give our voices space and pay attention to the proportion of speech.
