Die einzelnen Plattformen bef\u00f6rdern \u00fcber ihre technisch-gestalterische Verfasstheit spezifische Handlungs- und Kommunikationsmuster, die sich in die Beitr\u00e4ge der Nutzenden sowie die \u00fcber diese erz\u00e4hlten Geschichten und realisierten Performances einschreiben. Im Zusammenspiel mit den Limitationen und Affordanzen der Systeme entstehen folglich Produktions- und Rezeptionsgewohnheiten sowie Erwartungshaltungen in Bezug auf die (\u00e4sthetische) Ausgestaltung von Inhalten. Diese lassen sich auch auf weitere Bereiche transferieren. Der Vortrag gibt Einblick in die Formen des Storytellings in Sozialen Medien und fragt danach, auf welche Weise diese Eingang in die performativen K\u00fcnsten nehmen k\u00f6nnen und aktuell bereits nehmen. Im Anschluss an den Vortrag k\u00f6nnen der Medienwissenschaftlerin Judith Ackermann Fragen gestellt werden.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h1 class=\\\"_h3\\\"><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">LECTURE: Interactions between Storytelling in Social Media and Performing Arts<\/span><\/h1><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Social media such as TikTok invite users to generate and share their own content. Through their technical design, the individual platforms promote specific patterns of action and communication that are inscribed in the users' contributions and the stories and performances told through them. In the interplay with the limitations and affordances of the systems, production and reception habits as well as expectations with regard to the (aesthetic) design of content consequently emerge. These can also be transferred to other areas. The lecture will provide an insight into the forms of storytelling in social media. It will ask in what way these can enter the performative arts and are already doing so. Her research focuses on the potential of digitalisation for society and culture.
